You can probably file a motion for the court to modify your probation terms, waiving or minimizing the fees.

This is not a Social Security question although the fact that you are a recipient of disability benefits is relevant. You should apply for indigent status with the court so that your court costs are waived. Hopefully, these will cover past and future court costs associated with the current case.

Have you thought about a Trial Work Period? Assuming, you're receiving SSDI benefits and not SSI benefits, the following might apply to you: The trial work period allows you to test your ability to work for at least 9 months. During your trial work period, you will receive your full disability benefit regardless of how much you earn as long as your work activity has been reported and you continue to have a disabling impairment. The 9 months does not need to be consecutive and your trial work period will last until you accumulate 9 months within a rolling 60-month period. Certain other rules apply. Good luck.
