IIED ex-boyfriend, father of child. Past history domestic violence arrest

daughter is 5. since her birth, father has repeatedly told me to take my kids and leave. He also says he will take daughter and I will never see her again. 18 months ago, I left him in FL, taking daughter with. FL court has jurisdiction. Daughter went for summer visit. He blocked my phone calls, refused to tell me where she was while he worked, said she would never come back. Child was 4 at the time. He had the child in a similar state. This is the worst of abuse, but not all. I developed severe anxiety attacks with chest pain, shortness of breath, insomnia. Transported to hospital by ambulance one time. Blood pressure was dangerously high, 190/106. Seen by my doctor several different times and now on medications for anxiety and depression. Seeing therapist.
