BASED ON HARRASSMENT....BY THOSE UNDER THE POWER OF THE COURTS....ALTHOUGH THEY HAD TO ANSWER TO THE COURT SYSTEM...THEY HAVE PUT THEMSELVES IN A POSITION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACTIONS THAT WERE NOT OF MY DOING.

Generally the government has immunity, but those working in government may not, consult with an attorney about the specific facts of your situation and potential claim.

A 1983 action might be the way to go. Contact a civil rights attorney.

Yes, you can. However, you have to have a legal basis for the suit and you need to overcome some significant hurdles not the least of which is the immunity enjoyed by both state and federal governments--that immunity is extended to agents and employees of both.

You can sue the state government in a few different ways. Sue them in Federal Court on a 1983 action. If your state has a board of insurance and risk that insures state agencies then you may go after them. Also, not all states have it, but see if MO has a Court of Claims that allows people to sue State Agencies. There are sovereign immunity issues, but you can overcome them. See an attorney. Good luck.
