I worked for my school as a teacher assistant during past two years on my F1 Visa. I need to add my income to my wife income to fill out form I-864. Please advise me what documents should I submit to United state citizenship and immigration services (USCIS) with my I-485 and I-864 forms

Tax returns and W-2 forms. A letter from the school would also be helpful, and it should include a statement that your position was part-time and performed on campus, as allowed by your visa - if that's the truth, of course. That is the only type of acceptable work done under an F-1 visa.
