I got a letter from the city of Philadelphia saying that I have unfurled returns. The tax type is UOL. What is it for? Thank You

Philadelphia has a Use and occupancy tax for businesses who use building space in Philadelphia. It could refer to that. I would call the Revenue Department and ask them what it means.
