Harassment order dismissed judge claims retaliation.

I was being harassed by someone who was posting ads with false information and my telephone number. She called me non stop and threatened me. She admitted to these ads because she thinks it's okay to post them. I had an HRO hearing and the judge said these ads were okay because they were warning people even though they gave out my personal info and my minor child's. She won a conciliation law suit by making fake contracts that I didn't sign and printing off a bunch of stuff online. The judge did not order the harassment order because she said it was retaliation. Is there anything I can do this is my privacy and she let out a huge smirk when the judge dismissed it. What can I do? How can it be dismissed based upon her believing its retaliation when harassment occurred?

You should always have counsel to present evidence supporting your case. failing to make a proper showing can result in much more work seeking to remediate what you view as an incorrect order. Your remedy with regard to the order maybe an appeal depending on what occurred and who heard the case. You may be able to contact the website hosts to have personal information deleted from web sites. In either case, you will likely need a lawyer.

Hello. If you have not as yet had attorney assistance and representation, I urge you to proceed only with attorney counsel. If you are to challenge the dismissal, know that you face rigid time deadlines for action. Your attorney will assist you in carefully preparing your legal case.
