How to obtain my own telephone records from telephone company by subpoena?

I need the list of incoming calls for one specific day. The telephone company does not produce this list without subpoena. Should I move to court for subpoena? Is there a form of subpoena for such purpose?

A subpoena such as you desire would be obtainable if you were actively engaged in a lawsuit.

As a citizen, you should not have subpoena power but you should be able to get your own records. Otherwise, if they are needed in relation to your defense of a charge, then yes, the court should assist you in compelling them to provide this. This would be done through an attorney - so get one.
