Is there anything I can do about landlord not telling us about neighbor's construction?

The landlord knew there would be demolition and we would be living in a construction zone at the time of the lease signing and didn't tell us.

Sorry, no. There's no duty for a landlord to disclose potential future neighborhood building projects.

No. You might be able to argue a breach in non-eviction courts about the non-disclosure, but unless the landlord is doing the work, there would be no constructive eviction argument since its not the landlord making the mess or noise.

Probably not, unless it is the landlord doing the construction. Maybe you can ask your landlord to let you out of your lease early.
