I think the question is the president of the HOA is telling the world what happened to you, despite your request that she not do so. If that is the case, you MAY have a cause of action called defamation. Seek legal advice with some face to face time with a civil attorney. Oh, and during your meeting, leave out the part about the dog.
As this post is similar to a previous post regarding your HOA, I would again suggest that you try to handle the matter internally through the HOA or property management company. Every HOA has a board of residents who should be made aware of your concerns so that they can be addressed. Good luck.
To sue for defamation, you have to show the court with evidence that you suffered economic damages. Also, if she states this as an opinion or name calling, it is totally protected by the first amendment. "You're a crazy b*tch" is name calling/opinion and is not actionable. "I saw Mary steal money out of my purse" is a statement of fact which if false, can be defamation if you can prove your damages as above. If it is borderline, the law will err on the side of protecting the first amendment over a personal dispute.
I already told you last time that there is no legal duty on the party of the HOA or neighbors to keep your secrets. What they did was not morally right, but it is not illegal. Also, discrimination laws apply to the government, not private citizens. The only exception is if another citizen denies you housing or employment or tells you that you can't eat/shop somewhere because of your race/ethnicity etc.
Other than that, people in this country have the first amendment right to be racist, discriminate all they want, call you bad words and say and do whatever they please. If someone threatens you with harm, call the cops. You can also try to get a restraining order if they are coming up to you repeatedly and you fear you'll be harmed. You can have a lawyer also send a cease and desist letter, and see if that gets their attention. But it's just a legal letter, they are not obligated to comply.
