I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 all together soon for a immediate relative mother but I confused about the fee

I know I have to send two seperate checks a) 420$ --I-130 b) 1070$----I-485
Do I have to pay for I-131? ---445$ (for 53 years old person?)
what about I-765 ---380$ (my family member don't plan to work as of now? but just curious...
Please advice how many checks I have to send?
No fee for the I-131 and I-765 if I-485 is filed. If I-131 has not been filed and the intending immigrant leaves the U.S. while the I-485 is pending, then the I-485 is abandoned, but not the I-130. If/when the I-130 is approved, the intending immigrant can apply for the immigrant visa abroad. Even if she leaves due to a family emergency, she abandons the I-485 if she leaves without the advance parole.
We must make assumptions of the following:
Your mother entered lawfully on a visa. If so, then you can file the $1490 in one check and she can adjust here.
The I-131 and the I-765 are included in the I-130 and I-485 fees, but you need to look at whether there is more than 6 months to a year of unlawful presence. If there is, and your mom leaves even with a travel document then there can be potential problems. I suggest at least consulting an attorney.
Sometimes it is better to stay to save their status rather than having to wait outside the country for years due to the death or emergency.
