I received the wrong items, followed all the requirements and time frame for return. Should I pay for shipping and sales tax?

I bought 4 computers and was sent 4 cheaper ones. I contacted the company that day and sent them photos via their website. They wrote back to inquire about photos. I tried to send them .again via their website but was informed that they were already sent, so I sent the photos as attachments when I replied to the email. After this they inquired whether I wanted a full or partial refund. I chose a full refund. I returned the computers in the time frame. Now they say they will only give me a partial refund. First they indicated they were charging me for buyer's premium, sales tax and shipping. The next email it seemed as if they would not charge me for buyer's premium, but for shipping and sales tax . They should refund the sales tax charged if you returned the items in question if you do not have the items. As for the buyers premium and the shipping, you are going to have to check the details of your purchase with them. Based on the facts given, this sounds like a customer service issue to me and like they are giving you the run around. I would call and ask to speak with a manager. If the manager doesn't give you the answer you are looking for, ask to speak to their manager. Most companies, if you escalate your customer service issue high enough, will refund your money in order to keep you happy.
