I came in the US with fiancé visa 2 years ago, but my visa expired , now I can marry with other citizen and adjust my status?
Someone say you have to deport in back your country, but if I will travel , I won't come US 10 years,,,,,,what can I do?

Did you marry the person who sponsored you for the K-1 visa within 90 days of entry? If no, schedule a consultation with an attorney. You will need an I-601A waiver. Need much more information to determine qualification. Even, if you answer a "yes" to my first question, speak to an attorney.
