What is your question? If you have had a report, you were investigated. What did the worker say? If you are offered a safety plan, do not sign it. If the investigation continues, consult in person with a lawyer who is experienced with dealing with DCFS.

Talk to a local lawyer who handles DCFS defense. Do not sign a safety plan.

I agree with my colleagues, you should not sign a Safety Plan and should contact a local family law attorney immediately.
