Hello I am a green card holder and in 2014 I wll apply to become a US citizen. My wife came in USA with a J1 visa in 2010. I met her in 2011 and we lived toghether before and after the J1 expired in 2011 summer. We got married this year and we are waiting a baby. I would like to know what steps I have to do to apply for her legal documents. What chances does she have to obtain the legal documents and the work permit. She has SSN valid only with DHS.
