I 751 Good Faith Marriage waiver decision after interview timeline?

Hello, I applied for good faith marriage waiver after getting divorced from a USC. I sent a file with all kinds of evidences except joint kids, and property. had my interview 3 months ago. The officer did not ask me any questions about the marriage besides name of spouse and date and place of marriage. Officer asked me about my current job, and taxes and took copies of job offer letter and tax return. At the end he mentioned that he is satisfied and will send decision in the mail. I am not sure why has it taken 3 months and no decision yet? Is this a bad sign. Based on case, interview and timeline details do you think I might get denied? If not, than is this delay normal? Please help. Thank you

I would consider scheduling an InfoPass Appointment with your local USCIS Office to see if you can find out more information about the cause of the delay.

In my practice, I have found that an attorney can do miracles with cases such as this one. If you are uncomfortable following up on the case yourself or you feel that you are not making any headway, call an attorney for help. It works!
