I requested a reduction from the DA. He modified my request to pleading to Unreg. 401.1A & facilitating AUO 511A-1. My Driving abstract is clean. Do I have any other recourse to try and get the Misdemeanor off my record?
If you are trying to represent yourself in plea negotiations with a prosecutor, you are making a mistake.
