On what system is the courts system in the states based on?

I would like to compare the US courts system and the Israeli court system. In Israel there are 2 first entry level courts- one can handle certain things and the other can handle what the first cant. In certain cases when filing for more than one injunction you may have to split your suits between the 2 courts...however there is a rule that says that you can file together and the main injunction will lead the lesser one...is there such a comparable system in the US?

This isn't a study-buddy or college student helper website. You can study the various forms of civil and criminal courts, their jurisdictional limits and powers at the city, county, state, and federal levels by use if various web based search engines. A comparison of US-Israel courts has probably been the basis for scores of dissertations, white papers, and briefs-- and you could better document appropriate citations.

Each state within the USA has its own court system, and usually an administrative system, and so does the federal government. If you want to compare, you will have to learn how each system is designed.
