Do I need to file G-325A?
My parents and my brother are in my Country. I am filing I-130 for all of them. I know that Shouldn't be filing G-325A form for my parents.
I want to know if I should or should not file G-325A for my brother?

You only need a G-325A for spouses. Since you are not petitioning a spouse, then no. Be sure to really read the Instructions. It would be better to hire an attorney. At a minimum have a consultation and let an attorney review your work.
