I am international student. The guy lives in Viet Nam. He offer me to send stuff he bought it online. I sent all of stuff to him about 6000$. Now police know that is stole credit card. I still keep message connect between him and I. What should i do now? and what the worth situation? what is punishment i meet?

The amount will make it a serious crime in all likelihood. You need to consult with criminal law counsel in your state to prepare to defend yourself, whether or not charges have yet been lodged against you.
