I have a month to month roommate that quit paying rent. I can not afford to live here any longer and need to move out.

I own the home and she has become a nuisance by keeping unsanitary rooms, piling debris around, not securing doors, invading my privacy, etc. I have an elderly mother that needs care (my father died last month) and I need to move out to help her. The room mate is mentally unstable and will not move out after her 30 day notice and is filing motions with city bureaus. Her bedroom does not have a kitchen and she is angry I wont let her use my mine- not in the agreement- due to my care-taking needs to be away. For revenge, she is trying to sue me for back rent plus relocation on the basis of an unpermitted bathroom in a single family dwelling. Can I move out as to stop paying the high overhead of utilities while she files her lawsuit? I can not afford to pay my bills without a room mate
