What can happen if we refuse to talk to cps because we plead the fourt amendment. They refuse to tell us who our accuser is

The new wife of my daughters ex boyfriend we believe has called cps saying my grand daughter had a yeast infection n lice. She's 5 yrs old. Yes she does have a few lice. But typical of ne child that goes to school. We have refused to let cps come in our house on our 4 amendment right. Pluswe would like to know who our accuser is. Can they remove the children...
It is always my consistent advice NOT to speak to CPS without an attorney present. I tell anyone that will listen to RECORD all interactions with CPS, and to repeat after me, "I do not answer questions without my attorney present, and I do not consent to any searches."
Remember this, CPS=Police, and anything you say will be used against you in court to take your children away. CPS is not there to protect your rights. You need an attorney fast.
You need to speak with a Texas attorney asap. In Virginia, you may certainly tell CPS they are not coming in your house. Can they enter without a warrant? Potentially depending on their facts and a reasonable belief that the child is at risk of actual harm.
