My US B2 visa is expiring, i would like to apply for a new B2 Visa, but i 've got married to a US green card holder 2 years ago, my wife resides in the US, and i've been visiting her 4 times since we got married, staying for 3-4 weeks each time, she visits me in Russia, and we have vocations together and we are happy with our relationship and would like to keep it this way, i have a successful business in Russia and i don't want to change my legal status, i would like to remain a citizen of my country, and would like to be able to visit my wife in the US, so what are my chances to get a new B2 Visa, and if i will be refused due to my marriage to a US legal resident, will i be eligible to apply for a L1 Visa right away, thank you

Based on your history to maintain visitor status and keeping a running business in Russia, you have a good chance of renewing your B-2 visa. However if that does not work, U.S. company having the requisite relationship with the Russian company can petition for your transfer. No guarantees on which one will succeed.

Yes you would be able to apply for a L1 visa if your B2 is denied. Good Luck.

With your travel history to US and ties to Russia perhaps you have a chance to get the B2. However it's difficult to predict and it's discretionary. You could apply for L1 if the B2 is denied.
