I got a ticket while riding a bicycle in July, received court supervisión, I received supervisión for a DUI, and now I got another speeding ticket..I Also have a CDL so all supervisions come up supervisión conviction..Police officer said I can still get supervisión if a judge gives it to me..bicycle ticket in dupage, dui in cook, speeding ticket in will county is this possible?
When you have a CDL it is always important to try and get any moving violations amended to non-moving violations (if possible) - it is not always able to be done. Also, if you have a DUI Supervision, it is certain that your CDL is currently DQ'd - even if you beat the Summary Suspension.
