You will need an attorney to fight your parole violation. It can be more time in custody so you would want to hire the best attorney you can. Good Luck

If you need residential rehab, it sounds like you do, then there will be a very short list of possible programs that don't cost a lot of money. Assuming that money is an issue, programs like the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center have helped a lot of people without charging them a dime. Your home county will have a list of local residential programs, available at the Dept. of Health and Human services. Wait lists are a problem. Begging can actually help. A few lawyers will have relationships with staff at the programs that can speed up the process if they've sent a number of clients there over the years. While you wait, hit meetings at every AA/NA you can get to and make sure you have the meeting secretary sign off that you were there. Keep that sign off sheet to give to your lawyer or PO as required. Your PO is going to decide whether or not to file the violation. They have discretion to a point. If they do file, you have control over whether your best foot is forward if if you appear to be someone who needs to have their attention focused. Choose and behave wisely.

You need to retain criminal defense counsel and get yourself back in rehab immediately. You are a disaster waiting to happen if you don't get help.
