Received a CA. TR-215 notice of decision regarding my trial by written declaration (Redlight Camera).

The only entries made on the form were: 2. Bail Amount: $500 3. The Court Finds: Guilty. Fine: $100 4. The Court orders: d. Credit for bail ordered applied: $500 Date: (date entered) There was no other information, no description of the violation, and no name or signature of the Judicial Officer. Is this a legal court decision? Should I expect a refund of $400 and no points on my record?

It is a legal court decision. According to what you wrote, you will get no refund. As to the points on your license, that is up to the DMV, not the court.

It looks like they took your entire $ 500 . Check with clerk.
