How should I pursue getting statements & account info forwarded to me on my dad's account with Morgan Stanley investments

I was contacted because I'm a beneficiary on my dad's account & told that his account would not be escheat because they found me. I am my dad's legal guardian & my sister is his conservator because he has dementia. I asked them to forward statements of his account & transfer account to me. I sent legal documents they requested 3 months ago to prove. They seem to be stalling

To whom did you send your letters? You will need to get the name of the branch manager or what is called the "OSJ Supervisor" to have the duplicate statements sent over. Make sure you copy the broker of record on the accounts on all of your correspondence.
