Well you can try to reconcile and convince her to go to the interview with you. If that does not work and she actually does not go, the application will be denied and you will have to contact an attorney for a private consultation
It will be more difficult but not impossible for you to get a green card. Well for starters stop making her mad. If she refuses to go to the interview you can call and get it rescheduled. If the application is deemed abandoned by USCIS for failure to appear you can always re-file the application.
I would add that if her behavior is just one way she tries to control you, to use power over you, there may be a VAWA green card for you. The law applies to me who are victims of extreme mental abuse.
Your first step is to try to reconcile with your wife. If that's not possible, and your wife attempts to control or manipulate you through her power over your immigration future, you may be in an abusive relationship, which, provided you meet certain other criteria, may mean that you are eligible to file for a green card without her knowledge or participation under VAWA. I would encourage you to retain an immigration attorney for the interview, and/or consult with one if the interview does not go well.
