I own a mechanic shop in NY. My company got Audited and it required me to go through all my credit card statements. I could not believe it when I saw that my old Bookkeeper charged several plane tickets, hotels, rent-a-cars, doctor and veterinarian bills, etc. on my company Visa Card. I have solid proof of over $3K in unauthorized purchases via receipts with signatures and her name on cc statement. There are thousands of more dollars that we do not have receipts for yet. This employee moved to FL last year and I have new address. I would like to have a demand for payment letter written by a Lawyer in the Long Island area.
