Chance? Yes, but how good we cannot know, yet. Your number seems to be pretty high for the Asian continent. Thus, at first sight your chances are slim. However, if you start moving now, and get yourself an excellent immigration lawyer, come October, your chances could be substantially higher at eliminating your competition since not many people will see the need to hire a lawyer and might be overwhelmed by the paperwork and/or not really qualify.
