If I get a plea deal is my license still revoked for 6 months?

I am 20 years old and in college. I was pulled over and blew a .07.
I am being charged with a DWI
It is my first offence.
If I get this plead down to a traffic violation, can I keep my license without a suspension?

I believe you are looking at a 6 month suspension under New York's Zero Tolerance law even on the impaired.

I suggest that you read about the "zero tolerance law". I provided a link below to a webpage published by New York State on the "Zero Tolerance Law". It is highly unlikely that the Albany County District Attorney's Office is going to allow you to plead to a charge that will not result in a loss of your driving privileges unless there is a problem with the case. I suggest you consult an experienced DWI attorney to determine if there is any problems with the proof. Also, it is not a simple traffic ticket. Therefore, the correct practice area is DWI/DUI rather than speeding/traffic tickets.
Generally, a conviction for Driving While Ability Impaired (a traffic offense) carries a 90 day suspension; however, given the fact that you are under 21, the zero tolerance law applies and you are facing a 6 month suspension.
