Legal for a Judge to appoint you a court-appointed attorney to your case whom you are suing for legal malpractice in dependency?

I fired an incompetent and complacent attorney in juvenile dependency in a Marsden hearing, because the Judge refused to appoint me another attorney. Our next trial requires my 3 children to be questioned in chambers. I am presently self-represented, and am not permitted by the Judge to be present. He said he will appoint the attorney that I fired in my Marsden hearing for this limited appearance. I relayed to him that I am ADAMANTLY against her being appointed to me. What are my rights as to being appointed an attorney that I reject? I have not been able to locate a competent attorney.

The court will not re-appoint an attorney you are suing as that presents an actual conflict for the attorney. You should hire a Juvenile Dependency Attorney that you feel comfortable with.
