Over the past 10 month i have contacted over 20 attorneys with 0 takers. What should a man do to get justice for his loses due to the advice of his BAR President Attorney whom never took any accountability for his bad advice which cost me my only Transportation.

I lived in Greenville and it certainly was one of those places with an old boy network, so it may well be that you may have a heard time finding a local attorney to go after local bigwig. Indeed, everyone I met went to SC for law school and then either SC or Clemson for undergrad. Everyone knew each other except me, a transplant from NY. Anyway, if your case is really strong, someone will take it on a contingency basis. You might look to Columbia, Aiken or Charleston. Or, you may look for a NC resident attorney who is admitted in SC. I knew many attorneys (though patent) admitted in NC, SC. Good luck in your search.

I agree, look in another state for an attorney who is licensed in your state. But also, keep in mind that the standards for a legal malpractice case are extremely high and that the cases are expensive and challenging to try.
