however, ive submitted my question here because its clear i need to speak with a lawyer and this is a lawyers forum, which is why i was sure to include dates for accuracy regarding time frames if anything could be done. On june 7 the salesman presented me with all blank documents stating paperwork was done in the computer, yet foolishly i signed. Now i received a letter on june 16 that loan is in my name and im the primary i call the financing company and explained this is not at all what was taking place and that my husband and i have 2 different addresses yet im being told the documents are finalized already. Do i have time to do anything and if so what? please help parent of 4 with no income to afford a vehicle

The problem here is that you signed these documents. Even if you did not understand them, your verifiable signature is on there and it is going to be quite difficult to prove fraud. Nonetheless, you should take copies of all of the documents you signed to an attorney as soon as possible.
