Can the manager of a property throw my furniture out of the window?

I had been evicted earlier, but before I had the chance to remove my stuff, she told the sheriff that I may return the next day with a truck. Three hours later, after the sheriff had left, she told us we had to remove everything now! After explaining to her that the truck was coming tomorrow, she came with her husband and son, and proceeded to throw everything of mine out of the balcony from the second floor. Might I mention she had no police on the premises. Now all my belongings are destroyed by rain, and I am a single mother of four kids under 18. I was just wondering if this situation was legal?

This timeline is a bit hard to follow, but it sounds like she went through the eviction proceeding, you received a 24 hour notice, and within that 24 hours, without sheriff presence, she threw your things off the balcony? If that is the correct timeline, then what she did was highly improper, and I would advise you to hire an attorney and consider a suit for the damaged property. Even though the landlord went through the Court for eviction, the Sheriff still needs to be there during the process of moving things out of the home. This could arguably have become a self help eviction at the last second. Seek Counsel.

The landlord had the right to move your personal property to the property line, not to destroy it. You may sue the landlord for the destruction caused by throwing the property off the balcony. You can get the forms for a small claims complaint at the courthouse.
