No - you should look for local legal aid or other resources. Contact the state bar or local law schools for clinics.

There is no right to counsel in a bankruptcy case. You can contact your local bar association to see if you qualify for reduced fee or pro bono representation.

Unfortunately not. You can contact your local bar association and ask them to refer you to a lawyer who handles low fee bankruptcies. An internet search may be helpful as well and you may be able to find someone willing to take payments.

You may be eligible to have the filing fee eliminated; however, I would never advise trying to file a bankruptcy on your own. There are many pitfalls. In most states there are agencies which provide free legal advice if you qualify. There are also many lawyers who might be willing to take your case for a reduced fee. Contact the state or local bar in your area for help.

Legal Aid in Michigan is the association you will want to contact. They may have a waiting list but should be able to help.
