Visa cap for cancellation of removal for NON LPR. and backlogs ?
I won case thru cancellation in APR 14. what are chances to get my green card in this year quota for NON LPR categoary

I am pretty sure the cap has been met already for non-LPR 42B relief....if so, the new numbers come out in October....it could happen for u in 2014!
