Hello, I have been issued 221g because of my previous work exp in information security field. I have been offered a job my one of top 4 IT companies. does this enhances my chances of getting visa approved.? What is the average processing time for TAL in information security field.

It will take some weeks to get cleared. You just have to wait and can't do much at this point. It is a temporary refusal until TAL is cleared. Once cleared, they will contact you again to submit your passport. If they have your passport, you will receive a visa stamp. (Provided there are no other issues involved) Good luck.
