A nurse was taking my blood pressure reading and we were taking about my blood pressure...when they let a couple unknown to me into the room...they watched and staired at me as the nurse was taking my pressure in a hotel room they had set up for exams....When i called the company and disclosed wht had happend they informed me that those 2 nurses should not have been doing exams in a hotel...they were suppose to have came to my home....the hotel room was for their personal use only.....I had to ask the nurses to have the unknown couple to leave the room and finally they did and i was devasted ...humulated.....i threw up a couple of times and every time i think about what those nurses did to me i get sick to my stomach

To prove a tort case all 4 elements are needed and you cannot prove two of them. So this is not a case for the courts. Good luck.
