What is an average settlement when hit by a drunk driver and sustaining injuries that require therapeutic treatment?

I was hot by a drunk driver. I've sustained injuries that I am in therapy for now. I was insured so the car is fixed and I have used up all of the money for my medial treatment.
The average starts at zero and goes upward from there. Either let you lawyer, assuming counsel is qualified, represent you or get an attorney. That you don't know is why you should know you need an attorney. Good luck.
There is no average
Each settlement is driving by the injury, the medical expense, the permanency plus loss of wage etc..
Talk to a lawyer in your area to find out what your options are.

Not too sure what you mean by "I have used up all of the money for my medical treatment." I can't tell if you mean you have no spare cash to go to the doctor, or you've used up all your PIP coverage, or your health insurance won't cover any more care. Whichever applies, there are solutions that would allow you to get the treatment you need.
With regard to the value of your claim, I would say that you claim is absolutely worth more because of the aggravated circumstances (drunk driver), but you will still need proof of your injuries, impairment and so forth. Typically my approach is to go after the policy limit on any DWI accident.
I put a link below to my video guide on drunk driving accidents.
I am sorry to hear that you were hit by a drunk driver. To answer your question, there really isn't an average and the amount of the settlement will depend on the extent of your injuries and the extent of the driver's drunkenness and whether he/she was a repeat offender. I have found recently that the insurance companies don't really value a DWI much differently than a regular case. You may have to file suit and go to trial to get top dollar. Do yourself a favor and call a good personal injury lawyer.

See my answer in the other place you asked. The average recovery is too variable to use as a guide. You need an attorney to evaluate on your particulars.

What you are asking for is called "quantum analysis". Quantum analysis requires many more facts than what you have provided. We would need to know the exact injuries sustained, the kinds of treatment already received and treatment expected in the future, the amount of past medicals, the likelihood and extent of future medical expenses, whether you sustained lost wages, etc. Also, some states (including Texas) provide punitive damages where alcohol was a factor in causing the accident. I suggest you contact an attorney to discuss your case.
Unless the insurance company for the drunk driver has already extended to you a written offer to pay the policy limits, you should contact a lawyer at once to discuss this matter.
