I'm sorry this happened. That's a scary experience. However, unless she can prove that she was damaged, i.e. she required medical attention, you won't be able to show monetary damages in a suit against Wal-Mart. If she's OK, the best thing you might be able to do is report it to the store and ask for a refund.
