Knee injury at work getting out of a truck. Will I need an Attorney to be compensated fairly?

My Left knee was injured on 2-26-14 getting out of the back of a SEMI truck. ACL replacement, Meniscus and cartilage surgery was done on 4-2-14. PT 2-3 times a week since surgery. Not working since injury. I climb ladders most of the day at work and I'm restricted from climbing. I may not be able to do my job per description anymore. Can't walk around the block with my wife and dogs, ride my bike or hike anymore.

A good workers compensation atty will always get a better resolution than someone who is not normally having to deal with these issues. It is certainly worthwhile for you to contact one of two people and talk to them. There is no charge for the initial consultation
