I have already completed what the judge ordered. Community Service, substance abuse class and paid all my court fees. I been on probation since April 18, 2014 and my probation officer said she is giving me time credit for completing everything on May 25th 2014. I'm trying to get off probation early, for the reason that I don't have a job and I owe the money that I paid the court fees with. I can't get a job because im 8 months pregnant. Please help me. Thanks!

Generally the halfway mark is key. But if all you owe is probation fees the court can still release you from probation and enter a criminal restitution order.

It depends how long your original term of probation was supposed to be. If it is a year or less I say you have a strong shot once you hit the six-month mark.
