After receiving I-797C how long till next step is requested?

My husband lives with me in Hawaii, U.S.A I applied for direct relative on form I-130 included app fee and all civil documents,passport photos affidavits proof everything, it says it being processed and didn't ask for any further info. but Im worried its been 3months, what is the next step they just say being processed, but i don't know what to do

The next step: the USCIS is reviewing your case and that can take 9 months or so. The I-130 processing times are posted on the USCIS website. You should talk to an immigration lawyer about whether your husband can file an I-485 application for adjustment of status. Did he enter legally and are you a U.S. citizen?
