I'm in the middle of a child custody case and we went to court and i have my daughter 4 days a week and my ex was granted "parent plan" of one night and 2 nights for a total of 3 nights a week. there has not been anything written up yet from the hearing its now been over 2 months and i want to move out of state. can i legally do so? can his "parent plan" visitations be put all together like 2 months during the summer? and will i get in trouble for moving if there has not been a court order made yet? me and my ex were never married. and i am the birth mother.

No, you cannot move (with the minor child) without permission from the court. In fact, if you do relocate the child it will be grounds for the court to award custody to the father (at least temporarily, if not permanently). You would be wise to consult with an attorney regarding the procedure you should take in attempting to relocate with your child.
