Am I eligible for court supervision for this moving traffic violation?

In December I got a speeding ticket in Chicago they took license and I did traffic school. In April I got a ticket for driving with cell phone in North Riverside he said he was giving me a ticket that wasn't as bad as one by the State of Illinois and he didn't have to take my license and I paid the ticket. Now I received another ticket for speeding in July in the town of Glen Ellyn and I'm not sure if I'm eligible for supervision. The Plea of Guilty and Affidavit for Court Supervision says I am eligible if "I have not had a conviction nor have I received court supervision more than 2 times in any court for a violation of any state statue or municipal ordinance which is a moving (reportable) offense to the Secretary of State within the 12 months preceding this citation"

While you are eligible for court supervision, at this time you need to seriously consider paying more attention to paying attention to traffic laws while driving.

Go see an infirmal hearing officer for a consultation. Ask them to read your driving record. A state code cell phone first offense is nit a reportable offense. I doubt a muni is but it's easy and free t check.

You are eligible for supervision, the cell phone ticket is not a moving violation.
