It sounds like you would file the Form I-751 jointly with your immigrant spouse to remove the conditions on her residence. She is the "you" in the Form I-751, according to Part 1. Part 4 of that form requests information on "all your children". If the child is a US citizen, the child would not be applying with you (question 6, Part 4, because the child is not a conditional resident), but would be listed since it is your ( the applicant's) child.

I think we need more information. I assume that your child is also a US citizen ... right? If not, why not? Bottom line: You always tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth on all forms. If the form confuses you ... I suggest you consult with an attorney ... the form is the easy part. Assembling 2 years worth of bills, bank statements, notarized affidavits from friends ... now that's the hard part.

You should answer all questions fully, truthfully, and literally. You are asked to list ALL of your children. So, you should list all of your children. Otherwise, you may have a problem at an interview explaining why you did not list your child.

Yes, list your child, and all other children (step children for example) even if they are not applying with your spouse.
