When you failed to depart the United States in compliance with your grant of voluntary departure, you triggered a ten-year bar to adjustment of status. This bar cannot be waived. The ten-year bar must run before you will be able to adjust status. DHS frequently declines joint motion request when the person is not eligible to seek adjustment of status. I cannot calculate when your bar would run without reviewing your case related documents.

You need to file a joint motion to reopen your case with the government. To do this you need an experienced immigration attorney to help you with the process.
