I-90 form,Part 3. Processing Information: I'm not sure how to answer this question because I won Green Card and came to US.

Won Green Card lottery by applying in Moldova (my place of the residence at the time). Then went to Bucharest to receive my Green Card. Came to Us as lawful permanent resident. So for "Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or Adjustment of Status" -should I say Moldova? But it wasn't an immigrant visa it was a GC. "If you entered the U.S. with an Immigrant Visa"- again, how should I answer it if I was applying for GC not immigrant visa? Or are those practically the same? "Destination in U.S. at time of Admission:"-makes no sense...." Port of Entry where admitted to U.S"- makes no sense...HELP!

This is the reason we have immigration lawyers, as these forms aren't as easy as people think. Schedule an appointment with a local immigration lawyer to fill it out, and this lawyer can help you with your n400 in the future.

An immigrant visa, as its name suggests, allows you to enter the US as an "immigrant" and then you are issued the "green card" once in the US showing your permanent resident status. Given your confusion on multiple questions, you should consult with an immigration attorney who can help you prepare the form properly and obtain a renewed green card.
