my 66 year old mother has been on a diabetic insulin pump for 6 years Medicare is denying her the pump and she can not get her supplies she owns the pump but Medicare will not allow her to fill the prescriptions for the pump supplies. Medicare says her cpap test results are too good to pass for her to get the pump supplies but this is because the pump is doing the job correctly. My mother was going down too low through the nights and this was going to kill her because they would not know that she was low while she was sleeping the pump regulates this. how can we get her approved to be able to get her pump supplies so she doesn't have to go back on the manual syringe of doing her insulin every 4 hours

I would recommend having mother contact her local Legal Aid program to see if she can get assistance with this matter. There may be Medicare appeal options and, if so, one of the critical components of an appeal will be strong support from her treating physician(s). Believe it or not, Legal Aid attorneys tend to have a vast knowledge of these kinds of administrative law issues and that's where I'd start my search for help.
