Different name between passport vs green card

My foreign passport (not yet expired) has my maiden name. Foreign embassy said and they cannot and will not make amendments/update to reflect my married/husband's name. They just gave me this "Certificate of one and the same person" to ensure that my passport (maiden name) and green card (married name) are from the same person Does that work in the immigration? Will I have a problem when I leave the country?

No, you won't have a problem returning back. Bring the certificate, your marriage certificate and your greencard.
